Staircases & Spiral Stairs
A staircase is structural and visual at the same time. It has to carry load, meet code, and look like it belongs in the space. We fabricate and install complete stair systems as well as repair and replace components of stairs that are still sound.

Repair versus replacement
Not every stair problem needs a new staircase. Rusted treads, a failing landing, or a loose handrail connection can often be replaced while keeping the structure that is still good. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in, because replacing a stair that only needed treads is not a favor to anybody.
Measured before it is built
Stairs are the least forgiving thing we fabricate. Rise and run have to be consistent from the first step to the last, and the opening has to be measured as it actually exists rather than as the plans say it should be. We field-measure every stair before fabrication and coordinate installation access ahead of time, especially for spiral stairs going into finished interiors.
