When a building needs steel to carry load, the fabrication and the field conditions have to agree with each other. We handle field-focused structural work for contractors, property owners, and commercial projects across the North Shore.
What we build
- Beams and columns fabricated and set for residential and light commercial work
- Lintels for new openings in masonry walls
- Brackets, plates, and connections made to fit conditions as they actually are on site
- Posts and support framing for decks, landings, and mezzanines
- Platforms and catwalks for industrial and service access
- Repair and reinforcement of existing steel that has corroded or been modified
We measure the building, not the drawing
Older buildings on the North Shore are rarely square, and steel that was cut to a drawing instead of to the opening does not go in. We field-measure before fabrication, which is slower up front and dramatically faster on install day.
Working with contractors
A lot of our structural work comes through general contractors and builders who need a fabricator that shows up when they said they would and communicates when something changes. We coordinate on sequencing, access, and crane or lift requirements before the steel arrives rather than discovering the problem in the driveway.
